So I had Apple replace my iPod's battery (AKA Apple takes my iPod and gives me one that was fixed) about six months ago. I thought all would be fine and I would be able to have my iPod for another year or so and then replace it with a new iPod. Well, that's not the case. My iPod's battery is already dying again. I can't skip past three songs without the iPod "draining" it's battery. I start it back up again and then it regains it's charge and all is fine until I try to skip a few songs again. This shouldn't be happening six months after I had the battery replaced. So either I'm going to get a third-party company to replace the batter with a better battery or go to Apple and bitch them out for not putting in a suitable battery and demand that I get another iPod with a new battery. This upsets me a whole lot. I'm kind of furious over this.

I decided to give Firefox and NetNewsWire a try on my computer. I've been using Safari for so long that I needed a change and I wanted to see how the other programs worked out with all the sites I go to. I used Firefox on my other iMac all the time, but when I switched over to my iBook back in August, I used Safari and it's RSS features all the time. As much as I love RSS in Safari, NNW is just so much better. And Firefox renders pages a bit better. But I bet that I'll go back to Safari soon.
